She has significant experience in the financial services industry where she led sales, customer service, and operational teams to deliver exceptional performance by cultivating the highest levels of employee engagement. Robin has led teams through significant change including acquisitions, marketplace disruption, multiple reorganizations and new technology infrastructures. A hallmark of Robin’s leadership is her ability to build enduring relationships even in challenging circumstances both inside and outside the organization and across all levels.
Robin believes that communication is the key. Tapping into her undergraduate degree in journalism, Robin leverages exceptional communication skills to develop training and performance management programs for her clients that truly resonate with employees and leaders alike. Robin is a graduate of the National School of Banking, National Sales Institute, and Leadership Orange. She is a Green Belt Lean Six Sigma and a recipient of Orange County’s Woman of Achievement Award.
Jean has a proven record of leading transformative change, operational excellence and organizational effectiveness. During her long career in financial services, she has served as a leader of learning and development, leadership development, women’s leadership development, workforce effectiveness, workforce engagement, executive compensation, merger and acquisitions, and merger integrations. Jean is known for her deep knowledge in every aspect of human resources management from the financial, operational, legal and compliance perspectives, which positions her as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives.
Having spearheaded many significant employee initiatives, Jean is convinced that employee engagement is the key to organizational success. She relies on her extensive experience in designing, implementing and measuring the impact of employee initiatives to develop programs that deliver tangible results for her clients.
Jean earned her Master of Science in Human Resource Education/Organizational Development from Fordham University. She is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
